At Trail Sight, we stand behind the quality of our Smart Sports Sunglasses. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
1. 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return. Unfortunately, if more than 30 days have passed since delivery, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
2. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must:

Be returned in its original packaging.

Include proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt.
Items showing signs of use, damage, alteration, or wear not caused by our error may be denied or subject to a partial refund.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at trailsight@outlook.com.

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

5. How to Start a Return

After approval, we will provide return instructions and the return shipping address.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.
6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
7. Exchanges
